Dr. Kurt Risley
Dr. Kurt Risley is a qualified Fiduciary and Guardian based on his background developing and managing programs specific to the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of those in crisis. Dr. Risley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Music, a Master’s Degree in Ministry/Theology, and a Doctoral Degree in Transformational Leadership. Dr. Risley has held several positions assisting individuals considered to be part of the “at risk” population, including individuals with mental, physical, and emotional disabilities, elderly individuals, individuals with addictions, and homeless individuals. Dr. Risley is a professional Mediator and frequently provides mediation training to others interested in the mediation field. In addition to being an executive manager, professional fiduciary, and mediator, Dr. Risley also provides individuals and families with life and conflict coaching and provides outsourced human resource services to various corporations. In these roles, he has developed a wealth of experience with compliance, confidentiality, and serving the holistic well-being of the individual.
Director/ Conservator/ Guardian
Andrew Goria is a qualified Fiduciary and Guardian based on his background serving people experiencing physical, mental, and emotional disabilities and managing related programs. Mr. Goria has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Communications with a Minor in Business Management, a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Transformational Leadership. Mr. Goria has over six years of experience working with people experiencing mental, physical, and emotional disabilities, elderly individuals, individuals with addictions, and homeless individuals. Along with serving individuals with disabilities, Andrew Goria has managed the budgets and operations of companies ensuring financial sustainability.
Julie Risley brings years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in the Portland Metro area working in the elder law field. In addition to her background in the area of elder law, Ms. Risley served as the Community Relations Coordinator for a local long-term care facility, where she worked with doctors, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and individuals and their families throughout the facility admissions process. Ms. Risley’s experience with both the legal process involved in guardianships, conservatorships, and probates, and in working with individuals and their families in transition, and often crisis, provides We Create Peace Life Solutions the additional support necessary to assist people in our community considered to be part of the “at risk” population. For 19 years, Ms. Risley also worked as the City Recorder and City Treasurer for the City of Maywood Park, Oregon, a small municipality surrounded by the City of Portland In her capacity as a Municipal Treasurer, Ms. Risley was responsible for all aspects of the City’s finances, including the preparation and filing of the City’s annual budget and preparing for and overseeing the City’s annual audit. Ms. Risley’s background as an elder law paralegal, in addition to her background in municipal finance, provides We Create Peace Life Solutions with the knowledge and experience necessary for administering conservator and probate estates.
Aubrey Jackson is a recent graduate of Warner Pacific University with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Jackson has experience in small business accounting and handling clients’ finances. Ms. Jackson is also a National Certified Guardian.
